(2) Asbestos fiber can be infinitely subdivided, and its specific surface area is larger than that of non-asbestos mineral fiber, so the reinforcement effect is significant.
(3) The tensile strength of asbestos fiber is higher than that of non-asbestos fiber, so the reinforcement effect of asbestos fiber is significant.
3. Asbestos-free sealing data has better fineness than asbestos sealing data. Due to the high content and different particle sizes of fillers in the asbestos-free sealing materials, the microvoids of the rubber fiber can be fully filled. For example, Bode Seal uses a high-precision material selection screen, and fine selection of multiple raw materials makes the data more uniform. In addition, asbestos-free fiber does not have a tubular structure like asbestos fiber, but a solid structure, so it has good fineness and compactness.
4. As is known to all, the seriousness of the harm of asbestos data to human health has been stopped in developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan, and China will gradually screen asbestos sealing data and replace it with non-asbestos sealing data.
5. Asbestos-free sealing data are classified as environmentally friendly, while asbestos sealing data are classified as non-environmentally friendly. Asbestos fibers contained in asbestos sealing materials are prone to silicosis in humans, while asbestos-free sealing materials do not contain asbestos fibers. It is worth noting that there are few asbestos-free data manufacturers in China, such as Shangcaibaide, which do not contain asbestos. They must be carefully identified when purchasing.
